I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely cottage in a charming location. the wood burner that was lit for us on arrival added a cozy touch to the cottage, and the option of electrical heating was a convenient addition. the kitchen was well-equipped for self catering, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Although we did not make use of the swimming pool on site, we appreciated the peaceful location and beautiful views surrounding the cottage. the availability of wifi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our trip. One thing to note is that road diversions due to construction did slightly increase the length of our journey to nearby attractions like RHS Rosemoor and the coast. However, the overall value proposition of the cottage was worth it for the peaceful setting and comfortable amenities. Overall, I would recommend this cottage for a relaxing getaway, although I would suggest avoiding a winter stay due to the need for extra heating. I would consider staying again in the future, perhaps during a warmer season to fully enjoy the outdoor garden area and other facilities available.
